ABOUT THE COMPANY
Coastal Oil & Gas Infrastructure Private Limited (‘COGIL’) is a Special Purpose Vehicle incorporated by Abir Infrastructure Private Limited (‘AIPL’) and its associates and Nagarjuna Group, developing liquid bulk storage terminal facility for Nagarjuna Oil Corporation Limited ('NOCL'), for its 5.94 MMTPA oil refinery at Kayalpattu Village, Poochimedu in Cuddalore District, Tamil Nadu, about 200 km south of Chennai city.

The terminal facility consists of Crude Oil Terminal Facility (‘COT’), to be built on Build, Own, Operate, Maintain and Transfer (BOOT) basis and Product & Intermediates tank farm facility (‘PITF’) on Build, Own, Maintain and Transfer (BOT) basis, with cumulative capacity of approx. 1,650,000 KL for storage of crude, intermediates, petroleum products and liquefied gases. The terminal facility is being constructed on 325 acres of land within the refinery complex.

COGIL is incorporated in May, 2010 and has its corporate office in Hyderabad, India.
